Cancellation and Lateness Policy
Please understand that no-show appointments and last-minute cancellations affect appointment availability and cost of care for all clients. By checking this box, you accept our cancellation policy for scheduled appointments (an appointment which has been confirmed with you by our staff).
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be completed at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you do not provide sufficient notice, your deposit may be forfeited (as applicable). You may also be required to submit a deposit when scheduling future appointments.
If you are more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, you may be asked to reschedule. This may result in a rescheduling fee and/or a forfeited deposit (as applicable). Appointment changes may be requested via phone or email. Please ask our staff if you have questions.
