Dr. Amanda Evans is a graduate of the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine. Before joining the team at District Veterinary Hospital, Dr. Evans completed an internship in small animal emergency and internal medicine in the Boston area and spent time practicing at a small animal clinic in the Chicago area.
Dr. Evans enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine but has special interests in dentistry and surgery. She understands every patient is unique and looks forward to working with you to find the best course of treatment for both you and your pet. Dr. Evans is based out of our Eastern Market office.
Dr. Evans and her partner share their home with their dog, Arina (a Borzoi), and two Siamese cats (Simon and Spencer). When not at work, Dr. Evans enjoys traveling, scuba diving, and spending time at the beach or on the water.
